Find Amazing Work
We're humanitarian workers devoted to helping charities and other nonprofits discover much needed talent.

If you have a passion to change the world, your former job titles don’t matter. We match great people with charity missions close to their hearts, and roles in line with their skills.

Nonprofits operate by taking advantage of diversity and differences. Why not bring your uniqueness to an organisation where authenticity is valued the most?
Types of Charities
Charities, non-profits, third sector organisations - all cover a broad range of noble causes.

While it can be a little difficult to classify them all, we find grouping them based on mission is the easiest way to help you find the organisation closest to your heart.
Types of Charity Roles
For the uninitiated, charity role titles can seem a little confusing. But keep with it and you'll soon see just how much overlap there can be with other industries.
That's because nonprofit roles tend to fall under two categories:
Operations and Programmes.

Operations roles tend to be similar to other sectors, and include functions like Human Resources, IT, or facilities management. Programme roles are often specific to an organisation's mission.

While job titles differ between organisations, we’ve gone ahead and
summarised common roles usually found in the sector.
